PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work report generation device for building facility, capable of instantaneously presenting result reports of both work data and mechanical data after work.;SOLUTION: The work report generation device for building facility for generating a report after work such as maintenance or inspection to a building facility 11 such as an elevator comprises: a monitoring terminal 12 regularly mechanically monitoring the state of the building facility 11; a control center 2 periodically collecting and managing the mechanical data monitored by the monitoring terminal 12; a portable work terminal 41 registering work data 32 by operation of a worker who is dispatched to the building facility 11; a maintenance management device 3 creating output data 34 for a work report 5 based on the mechanical data 31 collected by the control center 2 and the work data 32 from the portable work terminal 41; and a portable printer 42 receiving the output data 34 created by the device 3 through the portable work terminal 41 and forming the report 5 including the mechanical data 31 and the work data 32 as display mechanical data 54 and display work data 52 and 53.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
