COMPUTING SYSTEM USING PSEUDO-ORGANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and promptly solve problems of, for example, solving nonlinear differential equations.;SOLUTION: A system Pn has the function of producing replicas of itself in a parent system PS. The replicas include perfect replicas Pn, and ones Pnr changed from the prototype to randomly convert code about a solution scan path and scan method. Pn produces one or more of both replicas. PS tries Pnr, and causes Pn to replicate repeatedly until producing a system Pn+1 more operationally efficient than the prototype. Next generation Pn and Pnr produced by Pn gradually diffuses in a network space. Increasing Pn also produces many Pnr. Nonfunctional Pnr and computationally inefficient Pnr is culled out. The culling is repeated until a structure having an advanced throughput is produced. The system repeats trial and error and keeps evolving into a more efficient system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
