PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange reinforcement tool and a reinforcing method of a flange connection part capable of surely improving reinforcement efficiency of the flange connection part by the simple tool, and capable of improving airtightness of the flange connection part with respect to the external force.;SOLUTION: The flange reinforcement tool comprises a plurality of reinforcing members 1 arranged along the flange peripheral direction in intervals, an abutting member 2 abutted on a back surface of a flange part 4b by the reinforcing member 1, and a fastening member 3 for fixing the plurality of the reinforcing members to a pipe body. The reinforcing member 1 is provided with a pressing part A1 abutted to a root part of the back surface of the flange part 4b, a pressing part A2 abutted to a back surface of the abutting member 2 of which front surface is abutted to the root part of the back surface of the flange part 4b and pressing the abutting member 2 to the back surface of the flange part 4b, and a fastening part A3 protruded along a pipe wall.
