PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a program for creating examination questions which yields a desired average score and pass rate.;SOLUTION: In an examination question DB, examination questions, the categories of the examination questions, the correct answer rate of the examination questions by each attribute of an examinee, examination questions themselves, etc., are previously stored.
