PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing storage position information on printed electronic data, capable of easily managing the relationship between the storage position of the electronic data and the keeping place of the printed matter. PSOLUTION: This system for managing the storage position information on the printed electronic data has a terminal and a management device for the storage position information on the printed electronic data, for managing the relation between the storage position of the electronic data and the keeping place of the printed matter of the electronic data. The terminal has an information input means which inputs first identification information for identifying the storage position of the electronic data, and second identification information for identifying the keeping place. The management device has a relationship management means for managing the relationship between the first identification information and the second identification information, and a relationship registering means for registering the relationship between the first identification information and second identification information inputted to the terminal, in the relationship management means.
