PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of sticking of things cooked and separation and wear of a fluorocarbon resin coating applied to the surface of a gridiron.;SOLUTION: In the gridiron in which a gridiron wire rod section 3-1 made of metal wires are installed on a metal wire rod frame section 3-2, the ratio of the fluorocarbon resin in the surface of a fluorine film is increased and the surface is made very smooth by forming a film by inserting a tube whose main constituent is a fluorocarbon resin having a thickness of 100 μm or higher in the cooking section of the gridiron wire rod section in which things to be cooked are arranged.
