PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recover even a minute amount of refrigerant in moving to surely prevent the unsafety caused by leakage of the refrigerant in a refrigeration air conditioner using the combustible refrigerant, and the harmful refrigerant of even a minute amount.;SOLUTION: A refrigerant recovering container is connected to a discharge port of a vacuum pump to recover the refrigerant discharged from the discharge port, when the refrigerant used in the refrigeration air conditioning cycle is recovered in an outdoor machine by pumping-down operation, and then the refrigerant remaining in an indoor machine and a connection pipe is recovered by using the vacuum pump.
