PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measurement of at least one element selected from plutonium Pu(IV), plutonium Pu(VI), uranium, and nitrate. ;SOLUTION: In a method for measurement of at least one element selected from plutonium Pu(IV), plutonium Pu(VI), uranium, and nitrate existing in a solution by liquid-phase chromatography, a sample, which is solution, is injected to a solid phase containing non-polar type carrier. Then, to obtain an effluent, the sample is eluted by a liquid phase having fluidity and consisting of a solvent mixture containing ammonium type counter ion, sulfate ion, an acid with 0.001N or higher normality, and an alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, an organic solvent which is not an alcohol, has miscible with water, and changes the polarity, and water.
