PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buildup method of a semantic information network capable of coping with the networks of various forms.;SOLUTION: An entity E2 desiring to take part in the semantic information network applies to an entity E1 having already participated in the semantic information network for participation. In this case, the entity E2 can apply for the participation when the participation is not applied to a plurality of entities. The entity E1 checks whether or not the number of entities which the entity E1 has already accepted reaches the predetermined maximum number of accepted entities at that point of time, and establishes a shared link SL for the entity E2 when the accepted number of entities does not reach the predetermined maximum number of accepted entities. Each entity taking part in the semantic information network possesses a list of the entities to which each entity has applied for the participation and the entities the participation of which each entity has accepted.
