PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling the metrical force feed of water- containing sludge that can metrically control the rate of feeding water-containing sludge to the sludge-disposal equipment and provide the device therefor. ;SOLUTION: While water-containing sludge b is forcedly fed to the bottom 4d of the dry cement kiln 4, the weights of the sludge in the sludge hopper 5 is measured before 15 minutes and after 15 minutes thereby calculating the weight of the sludge fed to the kiln bottom 4d in the time from the difference. Further, the weight of the sludge forcedly fed per a unit time is calculated and the difference between the calculated value and the prescribed one is known. Then, the force feed rate of the water-containing sludge is controlled so that this difference may disappear whereby the feed rate of the sludge b can be controlled while the sludge is forcedly fed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
