An enterprise evaluation system and an enterprise evaluation program capable of evaluating the value of an enterprise by analyzing the search and development strategy or the intellectual property strategy of the enterprise. Among patent applications filed by a specified enterprise within a specified period, required registration period is calculated for individual applications by subtracting the date of application from the date of registration of a patent subjected to registration of setting, an average required registration period is calculated from the required registration periods thus calculated and delivered to a display means (372), a print means (e.g. a printer (32)) and a recording medium (377) or delivered to many communication apparatuses through a communication line.
