A prosthesis for endovascular treatment of Descending thoracic aorta Aneurysmal disease of the proximal and distal aortic arch and an Instrument for manoeuvring and Positioning the prosthesis in an anatomically Complex area as is the proximal aorta and the aortic arch, ensuring Correct positioning and effective release of the Prosthesis,Commonly known as u00f4stent graftu00f6.
