The device has upper and lower bodies (1, 2) of identical length connected with each other by an empty space (5). The body (1) is folded on the body (2) such that their rear sides contact each other. The rear sides of the bodies have respective magnets (3, 4) corresponding to an identical distance measured from the space. The magnets are placed such that surfaces of the magnets contact each other and an attraction is exerted between the bodies, when the body (1) is folded on the body (2), for stopping separation of the bodies until mechanical force is exerted on the magnets.
