The device is used in agriculture. It comprises a container (1) in the lower part of which there is an outlet opening (2), and under it, stabilization plates (3) are fitted, one of the top of the other, and metering vessel (4) fitted over a mass metering sensor (5). The latter is functionally connected to the signal processing unit (7) found in an isolated space within housing (6) wherein a memory unit (8), interface unit (9), rainfall intensity metering unit (10) and real time clock (11) are fitted.
