The Invention relates to Science and Technology of New Materials Ceramic and Metallurgy (Hydro and pyrometallurgical) and can be used in the factories which produce Ceramic Body and / or in factories for Synthesis of Metal Powders.This procedure provides a non conventional method of Synthesis of a composite Ceramic cordierite spinel Glass composition at a Lower temperature than usual, using as starting material Kaolin activated.Kaolin activated is treated with Concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain a saturated solution of Aluminium sulfate which is mixed with Magnesium, a Precursor to the formation of a Gel (pH = 4 - 1) 9.The Solid residue from the Kaolin treatment is leached with dilute NaOH solution to obtain a stable solution of sodium silicate, which when mixed with Gel (1) produces trasnformaciones until the formation of a Gel (2) At pH = 9 - 12. The gel (2) (2mgo.2al2o3 cordierite stechiometry.5sio2), it is Tu00c9RMICAMENTE 1100 - 1300sc during 2 - 4 h to obtain a Ceramic Powder with 70% of 10 - 20% of cordierite and spinel are characterized by being Refractory, shock resistant and low Thermal Conductive Heat.
