The method for treating the acute hematogenous osteomyelitis comprises the detection of the bone lesions and the penetration into bone marrow canal through the cortical layer with the aid of the specified appliances. The inlet and outlet openings are cut, and the antiseptic solution is administered via catheter using the conventional technique. The catheter contains the valve providing for the increased pressure in the bone cavity.
