摘要

The method for diagnostics of bone mineral density loss in childbearing age women working in conditions of the hgher level of negative factors is carried out by sensitometric studies of bone tissue. The b-CrossLaps of blood serum is additionally used as bone resorption biomarker, and the development of structural-functional changes of bone tissue is diagnosed if the value of bone resorption is higher than 0.36 ng/ml.
