The proposed system for creating new production based on research and technology and for stiffening intellectual activity at an enterprise contains a central computer with data bases and data base management system, terminals for the project manager, commercial manager, engineers, and accountants of the enterprise, which are combined into a local area network. The data bases are designed for storing reports on the production markets, data on new projects, data on new developments of scientific and research institutes, lists of scientific and engineering information materials, data on expenses for research and technology, and other data.
