The recognition system determines the correct identification of a package of mineral water in a mineral water dispensing machine by reading the coded magnetic plate provided on the base of the package of mineral water. A sliding security door is activated and opened once the package is identified and placed inside a compartment with the use of a vertical and horizontal handling system. The recognition system is fitted at the base of the compartment with a ventilation channel and spill orifice. The recognition system is also used to activate the filling of mineral water into the package. An alarm system releases an alarm to indicate the introduction or discharge of a package.
