The method involves manufacturing fuel, preferably diesel, for internal combustion engine, depending on a base oil. The oil based sunflower seeds are fermented, pressed, filtered and refined. The seeds are mixed with other refined oils in a proportion ranging from 0.5 to 50 percent. The refined vegetable oils are obtained from maize, palm, soybean, safflower, cotton, rape seed, and olive. The fuel obtained is of 100 percent vegetable origin.
