The seven-color light-emitting device comprises a lamp house made of light-transmission plastics or synthetic resin and a lamp base disposed thereon and comprising a three-color self-flashing LED, a Zener diode, a current-limiting resistor and a double-side printed circuit board (PCB) disposed in the lamp house, the three-color self-flashing LED is connected to the PCB, and both ends thereof are parallel connected to the Zener diode, one or both ends of the Zener diode are serially connected to the current-limiting resistor, the lamp house is filled with materials like transparent epoxy resin or silicon glue. The seven-color decorating lamp string comprises a plug, and a power supply comprising a PCB and a rectifying and filtering circuit, along with a plurality of seven-color light-emitting devices connected via wires.
