An improved connected structure between a mouthpiece and a main pipe of a saxophone includes a mouthpiece interface and a main pipe interface the mouthpiece interface and the main pipe interface are connected each other. The mouthpiece interface and the main pipe interface are fitness circular cones. The mouthpiece interface which are on the outside of the main pipe interface and the main pipe interface are muff coupling, the inside of the mouthpiece interface and the main pipe interface constitute a continuous cone, the mouthpiece interface and the main pipe interface are tightened by a lock mechanism. The smooth connecting between the cones can be achieved, the conic structure of the mouthpiece and the main pipe can be retained, so, the airflow of blowing is fluent, natural timbres can be achieved, especially the stability of timbre and tone is increased, by the muff coupling between the mouthpiece interface which are on the outside of the main pipe interface and the main pipe interface.
