An extracting remaining oil method comprises the injection of a profile control agent by horizontal wells to block the water-injection channel of oil layers. The method utilizes a horizontal well group vertical to the master flow-line direction to add a profile control agent to stop the water-injection channel in the filling and exploiting arrays of a plane oil geologic structure. After the original water channel is filled with the horizontal profile control agent, the water is forced to change its direction to flush the residual oil to be exploited by lower reach production wells.
