Check that mutation mitochondrial genomes are used as diagnostic system disease, such as prostate cancer and non-melanoma skin cancer. Characteristic is mutated and rearrangement includes: point mutation (conversion, transversion), and missing, inversion, duplication are compound, insertion or combination, in early stage index of the mitochondrial genomes as prostate cancer, non-melanoma skin cancer. Moreover, 4977 bp, or " common deletion " and other related mutations or missing are for use as measurement aging.
