A pharmaceutical composition comprising paroxetine for the treatment of depression, anxiety panic disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder or social anxiety disorder is provided to remove bitterness of paroxetine by forming salts of paroxetine with cholic acid or cholic acid derivatives having weak bitterness, so that a patient eats or swallows the composition without water. The pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of depression, anxiety panic disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder or social anxiety disorder comprises (1) paroxetine, and (2) cholic acid or cholic acid derivatives, wherein the equivalent ratio of paroxetine and cholic acid or cholic acid derivatives is 1:0.5 to 1:2; and the composition is mixed with water or organic solvent evenly, and dried.
