MAKE-UP PUFF CONTAINING NANO SILVER PARTICLE AND NANO TOURMALINE PARTICLE AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

A make-up puff containing silver and tourmaline nano particles and a producing method thereof are provided to increase an anti-bacteria effect and to repress the inhabitation of molds generated in using the puff for a long time by increasing the emission rate of far infrared rays and anion. The method for producing a make-up puff comprises the steps of: producing a first mixture by blending a vulcanizing agent, a vulcanizing accelerator, a bubble stabilizing agent, and a dispersing agent and mixing and stirring silver nano particles of 0.23x10^-4~0.46x10^-4wt.% and tourmaline nano particles of 0.4x10^-3~0.8x10^-3wt.% to the solid content of the latex; aging the latex; producing a second mixture by adding the first mixture to the aged latex; regulating pH and viscosity of the second mixture; and putting a coagulating agent into the second mixture and then foaming the second mixture and the coagulating agent at 25~32 deg.C for 5-60 minutes.
