Provided are health food pills using a soft-shelled turtle and Cornus officinalis, which are effective for various adult diseases, kidney-related diseases, hypertension, etc, improve user's health, and are easily ingestible. The health food pills using a soft-shelled turtle and Cornus officinalis are obtained by the steps of: steaming a washed soft-shelled turtle in a pressure cooker at 100-150‹C for 50-90minutes; drying washed Cornus officinalis in a drying machine at 30-60‹C for 5-11hours; drying washed Lycium chinese fruit and Schizandrae fructus in a drying machine at 40-80‹C for 8-15hours; drying washed Cuscuta chinensis Lamark in a drying machine at 40-70‹C for 5-10hours; mixing the steamed soft-shelled turtle 35-50%, the Cornus officinalis 30-50%, the Lycium chinese fruit 5-15%, Schizandrae fructus 3-10%, and Cuscuta chinensis Lamark 3-10% in a mixer; grinding the mixture into fine powder in a grinder; kneading the fine powder with steamed glutinous rice dough using a kneader; shaping the dough into pills; and drying the pills in a drying machine at 30-75‹C for 3-15hours.
