A cover of lateral malleolus of fibula is provided to be used conveniently and to prevent generation of horny substance in advance to help a user to maintain his foot to be healthy and clean. In a cover of lateral malleolus of fibula, a foot inlet(10) is formed on one upper side. A buffering portion(50) is formed on a position which is in contact with the lateral malleolus of fibula when a user inserts his foot through the inner edge of the foot inlet(10). An instep support tool and a heel support tool are formed along the inner edge of the foot inlet(10). A sole support portion(40) is formed between the instep support tool and the heel support tool. An inner cover(70) and an outer cover(80) constituting the body is made of a fiber or a textile which has good elasticity and resilience.
