A logic for improving shock and jerk immediately after a vehicle stops using an acceleration sensor is provided to improve ride comfort and safety of a vehicle by operating and releasing an ABS brake repeatedly according to the direction and size of force added on a vehicle after a vehicle stops on the basis of the existing ABS brake control logic. The logic for improving shock and jerk immediately after a vehicle stops using an acceleration sensor operates an ABS brake if the variability of acceleration is larger than 0 (zero) and releases the ABS brake if the variability of acceleration is below 0 (zero) in the section of A by calculating the force added on a vehicle and the duty rate of an ABS brake on the basis of the acceleration value of an acceleration sensor immediately after a vehicle stops. In a graph, the parts(2',2') indicated in an arc are the areas where the variability of the acceleration(2) changes from negative to positive to occur shock effects and the parts(2",2") are the areas where the variability of the acceleration changes from positive to negative to occur jerk effects, wherein the ABS brake is released in the section(A,A,...) where the variability of acceleration is negative and the ABS is operated in the section(B,B,...) where the variability of acceleration is positive.
