A method for relaying/operating escrowed rental transaction and an interactive order reservation system using the same are provided to enable a user to widen a range for selecting a company or goods, and use goods at a low price by comparing the companies possessing the desired goods through a customer-centric customized reservation trading center receiving an estimate from the companies corresponding to an ordered condition. A member register registers a member company(32) and a general member(31). A B2C(Business-to-Customer) trading center enables the member company to sell the goods to the general member by registering the goods. A customer-centric customized C2B(Customer-to-Business) reservation trading center performs Dutch auction among the companies corresponding to the customized condition by enabling the general member to set a customizing function and register an estimate requesting bulletin. An order reservation part processes the reservation in the trading centers. An estimate condition limiter determines whether the member company corresponds to the customized condition and a linker links the trading centers.
