A high efficiency and low noise inclined type fan assembly using a Taguchi design experiment method is provided to implement the high efficiency and low noise operation with minimal experiments. A high efficiency and low noise inclined type fan assembly using a Taguchi design experiment method includes a rear rotary plate(4), a front rotary plate(5), and a blade(7). The rear rotary plate is engaged with a rotary shaft of a motor by a key. The rear rotary plate has a diameter smaller than that of the front rotary plate. The front rotary plate has a ring shape having a diameter larger than that of the rear rotary plate. The blade is fixed to the rear rotary plate at its bent end by a detachable fixture(9). The other bent end is fixed to the front rotary plate by a detachable fixture to form an S-shaped cross section. The size of the duct, the number of blades, the angle of the blades, and the rotational radius of the blades are selected through the Taguchi design experiment method.
