A system and a method for opening/managing a community account, and a community account opening device, a community account managing device, and a recording medium thereof are provided to give consciousness of a community to members by processing various withdrawals required for managing a community through the community account after receiving agreement from the members. An information receiving/inputting part(105) receives community account opening request information, member information, and community account reception/withdrawal condition information from the member of the community. A community account opening/registering part(110) opens a new account or a previously registered account as the community account by responding to the request information. An information storing part(115) stores the opened community account information to a storage medium(140) by linking with the member information and the condition information. A community account manager(125) manages the community account corresponding to the condition information by linking with the storage medium.
