A reading ability and fast reading education method and a technical system thereof are provided to enable person to take education instructions in all places of the world, to make the reading speed double, and to maximize reading ability of the individuals. A reading ability and fast reading education system lets person rapidly read a piece of writing by reading the meaning through the brain while watching the letters with eyes. The education system trains the brain, visual ability, eyeball, concentration power, reading ability, and fast reading ability of the individuals. The user is able to take one look at a sentence instead of each word in order to catch the meaning of words, and thus sufficiently understands and reads a piece of writing rapidly.
