A system and a method for managing listing of celebrity stocks, and a server and a recording medium thereof are provided to enable a young generation to list the celebrity stocks by collecting and comparing information of a celebrity requested form a user with celebrity listing condition information, and performing public subscription for the listed celebrity stocks. An information storing part stores celebrity information to a storage medium by linking with celebrity listing condition information. An information collector(115) collects the information of the celebrity to be listed by corresponding to the celebrity listing condition information. A celebrity listing processor(125) determines whether celebrity listing conditions are satisfied by comparing the collected celebrity information with the celebrity listing condition information. If the celebrity listing conditions are satisfied, the celebrity listing determiner informs a public subscription processor(135) of a determination result. The public subscription processor performs the public subscription of the celebrity stocks by responding to the determination result.
