A hydraulic outrigger having a caterpillar, a trailer having the hydraulic outrigger, an underground boring machine installed on the trailer and an inclination control method of the boring machine are provided to promote efficiency equivalent to two or more equipment by using only one equipment and to perform construction work safely with small-sized equipment. The invention relates to a hydraulic outrigger attached with a caterpillar and adjusted in length and height, a trailer moved with the caterpillar of the hydraulic outrigger, an underground boring machine installed on the trailer and pushed or pulled by an excavator, an bulldozer or heavy equipment together with the trailer to take working position, and an inclination control method of the boring machine using a hydraulic outrigger and a connecting rod for guiding the perpendicularity of a leader installed at a right angle to the flat board by balancing in rightward and leftward directions by regulating the height between an axle and a flat board, that is, the height of the hydraulic outrigger and balancing in forward and backward directions using power equipment and a connecting rod of the boring machine.
