A manufacturing method of clay water-permeable blocks from waste clay is provided, which employs cure in air and clay water-permeable blocks having compressive strength of 150kgf/cm^2 after 3 days' cure in air. A manufacturing method of clay water-permeable block from waste clay comprises the steps of: pressing slurry mixture composed of 70 to 80 parts by weight of aggregate, 4.0 to 12.5 parts by weight of waste clay, 7.5 to 18.5 parts by weight of blast furnace slag, 1.25 to 3.75 parts by weight of metakaolin and 8.75 to 11.25 parts by weight of active silicate, then curing in air in place of cure high-temperature wet cure procedure. The wastes including disused clay from silica mine operation procedure and byproducts from iron work are recycled for the block in place of cement. The compressive strength of the block manufactured by the method reaches 150kgf/cm^2 after 3 days' cure in air as primary cure.
