Provided is a skeletal muscle relaxant, rocuronium, using gold-nanoparticle complex which acts on a HT3A receptor through the same electric generation as that of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, thereby increasing the inhibitory effect on nausea and vomiting. The skeletal muscle relaxant is characterized in that gold nano-particles having anions are ionically bound to rocuronium as a skeletal muscle relaxant. When the rocuronium-gold nano-particles complex is intravenously injected into a patient in operation, it moves to acetylcholine receptor of muscle and the rocuronium is bound to a receptor binding portion and the gold nano-particles are bound to Cys loop, thereby increasing the muscular relaxing effect. When the rocuronium-gold nano-particles complex is reversely administered into the patient after the operation, a gold-sulfur bond is broken by current recovered to the receptor and then the gold nano-particles are discharged.
