A method for automatically allocating a call taxi is provided to offer reliability and convenience to a customer by connecting a call between the customer and a driver placed in the shortest distance from the customer if the call for request the call taxi is received from the customer. A location monitoring server checks real-time location information of all call taxis wanting the call by receiving the real-time location information from a GPS(Global Positioning System) terminal of each call taxi(22). If the customer gives the call, customer information stored in a database is displayed to a screen of an exchange PC and the location information is selected among the display customer information(28). When the call is received from the new customer, an agent receives/inputs the customer information and the first location information for using the call taxi(26). The server converts text information received from the database or the agent into voice information(29). The call taxis close to the customer are gathered and the voice information is guided to the gathered call taxis through a TRS(Trunked Radio System)(33). If the driver turns on an allocation request button, customer information is transmitted to the selected driver(36).
