LAMINAL SPACER IN USE FOR LAMINOPLASTY OF CERVICAL SPINE

A laminal spacer in a use for a laminoplasty of a cervical spine is provided to change a shape to be matched with various angles and sizes, and be coupled in a bone contact part by having a bioactive ceramics having a hydroxyapatite. A laminal spacer in a use for a laminoplasty of a cervical spine includes an elastic member(12), first and second coupling units(14,16). The elastic member(12) is installed on a middle part, and is made of an elastic material such as silicon elastomer or raw rubber. The first and second coupling units(14,16) are coupled to both ends unit of the elastic change unit(12). The first and second coupling units(14,16) are coupled with an incised plane of a cervical spine. The laminal spacer has a cross section of a totally trapezoid shape or a rectangular shape. The laminal spacer has at least one penetration hole through which a stitching fiber penetrates along a length direction.
