Provided is a multi-functional photo-curable aqueous coating composition for top coating of a mobile phone, which contains a small amount of volatile organic compounds and has good physical properties such as adhesion, hot water resistance, acid resistance, etc. The multi-functional photo-curable aqueous coating composition for top coating of a mobile phone comprises (A) 55-95wt% of a photo-curable and water-dispersible acrylate resin prepared by undergoing a urethane reaction of hydroxy multi-functional acrylate and urethane oligomer having isocyanate terminals with hydrophilic groups, (B) 1-10wt% of a photo initiator, (C) 0.01-25wt% of photo-curable oligomer, and (D) 3-10wt% of water-miscible organic solvent.
