A precast cantilever deck simultaneously forming a cantilever unit outside a bridge mold, a bridge deck having the same and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent construct waste materials from being generated by manufacturing in a precast way. A precast cantilever deck(10) is made of a precast member of a predetermined long panel shape in a vertical direction, provided with an anchor bolt(13) of which laying end lays inside and of which exposed end projects toward the furthest outside mold(1) of the bridge.
