An on-line real estate transaction franchise/on-line real estate money commodity transactions management system and a management method thereof are provided to enable a realtor to operate an online real estate franchise shop with support of an operator, and operate apartment/mortgage financial goods in the online trading market by using the online real estate franchise shops. The system includes an operator server(10), an operator PC terminal(20), a realtor PC terminal(41), customer PC terminals(45,46), a web server(50), a TV broadcasting server(60), a TV platform(61), a mobile telecommunication provider portal server(90), an escrow authority computing system(70), and a financial facility computing system(80). The operator server includes an apartment complex information database constructing/operating server(11), an automatic real-time appraisal/estimation operating system(12), an online real estate trading franchise operating server(13), an online real estate/financial goods trading market operating server(14), and an EEPROM(Electronically Erasable Programmable ROM)(15) for executing an operation system with each operation server.
