SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING MOBILE IMAGE TRAFFIC INFORMATION BASED DMB USING WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK, AND METHOD FOR RECEIVING MOBILE IMAGE TRAFFIC INFORMATION USING WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK IN A TTI RECEIVING TERMINAL
A DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)-based video traffic information transmission system using a wireless communication network and a method thereof, and a video traffic information receiving method using the wireless network in a TTI(Traffic and Travel Information) receiving terminal are provided to enable a user to demand video traffic information based on location information included in a TPEG(Transport Protocol Experts Group) traffic context information message, thereby offering high-quality video traffic information as maintaining compatibility with an existing TPEG application service. A TTI data broadcasting server(21) encodes a TPEG traffic context information message which contains location information, and generates a TPEG stream to provide a TTI service. A DMB server(22) transmits the TPEG stream in DMB type. A video traffic information supply return server(23) receives/stores real-time video traffic information from a traffic information collection center(24), and provides the corresponding video traffic information through a wireless communication network once a request for the video traffic information on the vicinity of an interested spot based on the location information is received from a user who receives the TPEG stream.
