A method and a system for offering a big deal card game service, and a recording medium storing a program for realizing the same are provided to increase interest of a card game by allowing a user to exchange a card in case that the user performs betting satisfying a specific condition in user's betting turn. A game server transmits betting information to exchange the card in each user's betting turn, and exchanges the card of the user by responding to an exchange request signal for the specific card received from the user selecting the betting to exchange the card, and calculates ranking by using card information of each user. A database stores authentication information, possessed money, winning rate/level information of the user. The game server includes an effect processing module(206) determining a kind of betting to exchange the card, a game controlling module(202) generating a control signal for outputting a card exchange interface to a game screen of the user selecting the betting to exchange the card, and a card replacing module(208) providing the new card to the user selecting the betting to exchange the card.
