The system includes the traffic information collecting unit , geographic information acquisition unit , position information acquisition unit , traffic information processing unit , a traffic information service provider . For the short-term prediction of the traffic through the system, and using the real-time traffic information , the traffic prediction for a longer period by estimating the rate of the current and future calendar time using information stored patterned from the past , the user is provided with the best traffic information and dynamic route .
