Provided are a method for making a frozen 'xiaolongbao' by using frozen meat juice, by which xiaolongbao can be produced on a large scale, and a frozen 'xiaolongbao' in which a meat juice lump and a bun filling forms separate lump in a bun skin. The method comprises the steps of (i) boiling materials of meat juice in water with medium intensity of heat to make a meat stock, (ii) boiling the meat stock, and then adding an agar to the meat stock to make a meat juice, (iii) freezing the meat juice, (iv) making a bun filling, (v) positioning a lump of the meat juice and the bun filling on one bun skin, and (vi) closing the bun skin so as to wrap the lump of meat juice and the bun filling in the bun skin. The frozen xiaolongbao comprises a bun skin(1) forming an outer membrane of bun; a lump of frozen meat juice(2) locating in the bun skin; and a lump of bun filling(3) locating in the bun skin. The lump of frozen meat juice(2) and the lump of bun filling(3) are separately located on the top and bottom in the bun skin(1) without being mixed with each other.
