Preparation method of dye-embedded polybuthylene terephtalate nanofibers by electrospinning

A manufacturing method of dye-embedded PBT(Poly Buthylene Terephthalate) nano fibers by electro-spinning is provided to manufacture the ultra-fine non-woven cloth web compared with the conventional melting spinning manner. In the first process, the PBT polymer is manufactured through the esterification of terephthalic acid and buthandiol and the ester exchange manner of terephthalic methyl and buthandiol. In the second process, the PBT polymer is dissolved into the commercial solvent so that the electro spinning solution is manufactured. In the third process, the manufactured spinning solution is spun by the electro-spinning manner so that the web of the ultra-fine PBT fiber is manufactured. In the second process, the dye or pigment is dispersed and mixed into the spinning solution.
