MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOTUS FLOWER LEAVES FOR LOTUS LAMP AND MANUFACTURED LOTUS FLOWER LEAVES FOR LOTUS THEREOF, LOTUS LAMP THEREBY

A manufacturing method of lotus flower leaves for a lotus lamp, the lotus flower leaves manufactured thereby, and the lotus lamp are provided to represent color of the lotus flower leaves or lotus lamp variously, specially a gold color, while reducing a manufacturing process. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: cutting a lotus flower leaf pattern from a fabric made of synthetic resin, a non-woven fabric, or a paper; forming a lotus flower leaf(11) having a crease part(17) with vertical stripes and a convex one side by inserting the cut lotus flower leaf pattern in a forming mold and applying a heat at 180-240 deg.C; and painting a mixture of lacquer of 5-10 weight%, thinner of 80-90 weight%, and a gold-colored pigment of 5-10 weight% on the formed lotus flower leaf using a spray painting device comprising a compressor and a spray gun.
