CIVIL SERVICE CONSULTATION CENTER SYSTEM COMPRISING RETIRED PUBLIC OFFICIALS AS EXPERT CONSULTANTS

A total civil service consultation center system comprising retired public officials as expert consultants is provided to prevent delay and degradation in a civil service, and offer better services by employing the retired public officials having expert knowledge for each business as the expert consultants. A registration/authentication server(10) registers the retired public officials to a local consultant group as the expert consultant(4). A consultant database(20) stores information of the registered expert consultant. A local self-governing body exchange(30) connects the local requester(1) to a central exchange(40) of a total civil service consultation center(3) providing the civil service through DID when the requester inquires the civil service to a key number of a local self-governing body(2). The center exchange collects and transmits a CID(Caller ID) of all requester to an IVR(Interactive Voice Response) server(50) of the total consultation center. The IVR server provides a voice information service related to the local self-governing body by analyzing the CID of the requester.
