Provided is a poultice set of herbage liquid which does not need to dry and pulverize the herbage liquid, and thus prevents a deterioration of the herbage liquid that may occur during drying. The poultice set of herbage liquid comprises a poultice bag(1), a herbage liquid which is used by dipping the poultice bag(1) in the liquid, and an adhesive fabric for adhering the poultice bag(1) wetted with the liquid to the human body. The poultice bag(1) comprises a pocket having one side of water-impermeable sheets(12,13) and the other side of water-permeable sheet(11); and a mixture(14) of Genedex and drug powder. The poultice bag(1) is formed by injecting the mixture(14) into the pocket and packing the pocket.
